I Reviewed This Book One Star

Synopsis

I gave this trashy romantasy one star and called the villainess a cardboard cutout fed through a woodchipper of clichés. Then I choked on a pretzel and woke up as her. I have transmigrated into the exact book I trashed, as Lady Seraphine Vossberg, the cold-hearted rival the cold prince is fated to humiliate and behead at the masquerade in chapter twelve. Good news: I read this book. I know every plot twist, every poisoning, every contrived coincidence, because I reviewed them all. In the original novel she was supposed to die. So I am going to use everything I know to dodge my own execution. Bad news: every time I rewrite a scene the story bites back, the heroine is acting suspiciously like she has also read the ending, and the cold prince I was supposed to die for is starting to fall for ME instead, which is collapsing the entire plot. I am a critic. I do not write books. I just woke up inside one that wants me dead by chapter twelve, and apparently I am holding the pen.
